1 pound hamburger,
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 can Enchilada sauce
1 -2 packages corn taco shells
1 can green chilies
1 ½ cups grated cheese, reserve ½ cup for top
Spray a 11 X 13 pan with vegetable spray. Brown hamburger with onion and garlic; drain well. Layer corn shells, hamburger mix, enchilada sauce, chilies and cheese until gone. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Time: about 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
