Banana Jam

I like this on PB&J sandwiches!

I made this again today in a double batch and used 3 limes and 3 lemons. Yummy!!

I have also used this on the following.

Grilled PB&J sandwiches...use less PB&J than a normal sandwich...it melts very well.

Pork roast...very yummy!

Yeah! My scanner is finally fixed. Scanning my recipes I've found ones I thought I'd lost, ones from family and friends in their own handwriting, ones from my childhood and youth in my handwriting (which was soooooo much nicer then), and some of my favorites. Enjoy. The messier the recipe card the better the recipe!
