Freeze Ahead Peach Pie Filling

This never made it into the pies! We used it over ice cream. I omitted the tapioca when we used it on ice cream.

Yeah! My scanner is finally fixed. Scanning my recipes I've found ones I thought I'd lost, ones from family and friends in their own handwriting, ones from my childhood and youth in my handwriting (which was soooooo much nicer then), and some of my favorites. Enjoy. The messier the recipe card the better the recipe!
