Red Currant Jelly

Oh are red currants hard to find! They make delicious jelly and pie!

The last time I found red currant jelly was on our Frankenmuth, MI trip.

Yeah! My scanner is finally fixed. Scanning my recipes I've found ones I thought I'd lost, ones from family and friends in their own handwriting, ones from my childhood and youth in my handwriting (which was soooooo much nicer then), and some of my favorites. Enjoy. The messier the recipe card the better the recipe!
