Seven Layer Cookies

My sister, brothers, and I used to make these a lot as kids. We we're that fond of them but they sure pleased my Dad. Dad's favorite cake is German Chocolate cake. I think this reminded him of a German Chocolate cake.

Yeah! My scanner is finally fixed. Scanning my recipes I've found ones I thought I'd lost, ones from family and friends in their own handwriting, ones from my childhood and youth in my handwriting (which was soooooo much nicer then), and some of my favorites. Enjoy. The messier the recipe card the better the recipe!
