Canning this filling makes quick work of preparing apple streudel, apple brown betty, apple crisp, and apple pie.

Yeah! My scanner is finally fixed. Scanning my recipes I've found ones I thought I'd lost, ones from family and friends in their own handwriting, ones from my childhood and youth in my handwriting (which was soooooo much nicer then), and some of my favorites. Enjoy. The messier the recipe card the better the recipe!
