I made a new recipe tonight. Spring flavors leaped from the pasta!
6 oz pasta
1 bunch asparagus - trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 carrots - peeled, julienne
1 vidalia onion - large julienne
1 tablespoon minced garlic
fresh or dried herbs - garlic chives, lemon thyme, oregano, basil butter
Parmesan cheese - shredded
Cut up veggies. Bring salted water to a boil. Add veggies and pasta to boiling water. Cook according to directions. Drain well. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
