1 pound oleo or butter
2 pounds powdered sugar
2 cups smooth peanut butter
3/4 box graham cracker crumbs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 -6oz. choc. chips
1 - 12oz. choc. chips
1/3 cake parawax (You can substitute dipping chocolate for chips and
parawax. Dipping choc. works better)
Cream oleo, sugar and peanut butter together. Add crumbs and vanilla. Make
into balls, put in freezer. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Take a
toothpick, stick it into frozen balls and dip 3/4 of the way in chocolate
to resemble a buckeye. Keep in refrigerator. ENJOY!!
