Puree in food processor:
Three green onions chopped including green part
5-6 springs of lemon thyme
4 large leaves lime mint ( next time I will use lime zest and the juice of the lime.)
1 bunch (about 1/2 inch in diameter) of garlic chives
4 large leaves of lemon balm
1/2 dried chili
1 tablespoon ginger - about the size of your thumb
Zest from one lime
Add and pulse to chop fine
2 pears peeled and seeded
2 cloves garlic
1 apple - peeled and seeded
1 small Vidalia onion or other sweet onion
Add
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Juice of one lime
2 - 3 tablespoons molasses (or honey, agave, or other liquid sugar)
salt and pepper to taste.
1/4 cup of veggie oil and top off with about 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Adjust seasonings to taste.
