Chocolate Shortbread

I love shortbread! The crispy texture at odds with the buttery taste just melts in your mouth. I love chocolate. What better combination than chocolate shortbread?

Yeah! My scanner is finally fixed. Scanning my recipes I've found ones I thought I'd lost, ones from family and friends in their own handwriting, ones from my childhood and youth in my handwriting (which was soooooo much nicer then), and some of my favorites. Enjoy. The messier the recipe card the better the recipe!
