Ray's freezer slaw

I had lost this recipe from my childhood. A friend at work had it in their shop cookbook!

I love the squeaky crunch of the cabbage, the bite of the peppers in the sweet vinegary liquid! Thanks Ray and Sue!

Yeah! My scanner is finally fixed. Scanning my recipes I've found ones I thought I'd lost, ones from family and friends in their own handwriting, ones from my childhood and youth in my handwriting (which was soooooo much nicer then), and some of my favorites. Enjoy. The messier the recipe card the better the recipe!
