This is kick butt brandy. A little sip goes along way.
1 quart canned peaches - mashed
3 quarts water
2.5 pounds dark brown sugar
1.5 pounds yellow corn meal
1 pound raisins
1 cake yeast
Mix all ingredients in a 2 gallon crock. Cover loosely with cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel to keep out foreign material. Let set 2 weeks. Strain well. Pour into clean bottles.
