About 20 Banana peppers
Boil together
2 cups sugar
2 cups cider vinegar
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Add to jar
1 clove garlic
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
Add spices to clean, sterilized jars. Pack peppers into jars.
Boil the sugar, cider vinegar, water, and garlic powder together. Pour over peppers. Wipe rim and seal.
Hot water bath 10 minutes for pints
15 minutes for quarts
