Frozen Fruit Tart

MMMMM this sounds good! The recipe came from Parade Magazine (parade.com).

For a twist, substitute peach yogurt, add sliced peaches, and drizzle with maple syrup. (The real stuff NOT the flavored stuff!)

2 to 21/4 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
9-inch graham cracker crust - store bought is ok
12 oz fresh blackberries
2 T. confectioner's sugar (10x)

Whip yogurt and pour into pie crust. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the yogurt evenly.

Place pie in freezer for 3 - 4 hours.

Remove pie, place fresh berries on top. Return to freezer for at least 20 minutes.

Remove from freezer just before serving. Dust the top of the pie with confectioner's sugar.

Serves 8.

Per serving: 180 calories, 27 g carbs, 4 g protein, 7 g fat, 5 mg cholesterol.
