7 cup thinly sliced cucumbers (4 large cukes)
1 cup thinly sliced green peppers
1 cup thinly sliced onions
2 cups sugar 1 cup white vinegar
2 TBS canning salt 1 teas celery seed
Mix cucumbers, green peppers, onions, and salt. Let stand overnight. Drain. Mix vinegar and sugar with vegetables. Stir briefly to dissolve sugar. Relish can be stored in refrigerator for months. Also freezes well.
