Chocolate Ganache Frosting

• 1 1/2  cups whipping cream
• 8  oz. (8 squares) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
• 1/4  cup margarine or butter

In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine whipping cream, chocolate and margarine, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and begins to boil. Remove from heat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until well-chilled, stirring occasionally. With hand mixer, beat chocolate mixture until light and fluffy.
