1/2 pint blueberries
2 bananas - frozen if desired
2 tablespoons candied ginger (or honey for sweetness)
2 pears peeled and seeds removed
3 apples peeled and seeds removed or 2 cups applesauce
Throw all in the food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Serve chilled..
Vaiations:
Only limited to your imagination and taste. I think I will add yogurt the next time. I also froze some as popcycles for the kids.
