1 cup whipping cream
2-3 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Bowl and beaters musty be scrupulously clean.
Chill whipping cream, bowl, and beaters at least 15 minutes. This makes the whipping cream lighter. Whip cream for 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon sugar mixing well. Add 1 tablespoon sugar mixing well. Taste for desired sweetness. If not sweet enough add the last tablespoon of sugar mixing well. Add one quarter teaspoon nutmeg. Mix until soft peaks. Soft peaks are when you list the mixer and the whip cream falls over like a wave. Chill until ready to use. If It is a little watery when you take it out of the fridge, whip until light.
