lemon thyme
sea salt
6 large Sun dried tomatoes (not in oil)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese fine shred
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic or garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Dry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and hot pepper well. If using microwave, 30 second burts 1-2 minutes. Watch for burning. Or use a dehydrator. Grind in a spice grinder. Alternate method is to pack in a clean, dry pepper mill. I reuse the ones pepper come in with the grinder tops.
