2 cups blueberries and peaches mixed
1 cup Trader Joe's Spiced Cranberry Cider
1 package No Sugar/Low Sugar Pectin ( I had Ball brand on hand)
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Drop peaches into boiling water for about 3-5 minutes so skin remove easily. Remove from water and drop into ice water. Skin, seed, and chop peaches into 1/2" pieces. Add to washed blueberries. Add cider, lemon juice, and pectin to fruit. Follow package directions on pectin when adding sugar.
Skim off foam. Pour into clean, sterilized jars, wipe rim clean, add lid and ring.
Process in hot water bath 5 minutes.
Yield: 2 pints
