1 c. pomegranate juice, no sugar
1 c. sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemo juice
2 - 3 drops orange flower water
Heat juice on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add sugar. Stir to dissolve. Cook and additional 2 - 3 minutes until thick syrup when dropped from a spoon.
Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and flower water.
Cool to room temperature. Place in a small bottle or canning jar. Add orange flower water. Seal Shake.
Keeps in teh refrigerator up to one month.
