1 cup brussel sprouts, end trimmed
2 -3 tablespoons bacon grease
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon Jamaican Jerk Sauce*
Wash and trim brussel sprouts. Heat heavy skillet (cast iron works well) on medium heat. Melt the bacon grease. Add the brussel sprouts and cook until done, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add Jamaican Jerk Sauce. Remove from heat. Serve hot or cold.
