Blueberry Coffee Crumble Jam

6 cups blueberries
1/2 cup strong blueberry coffee (alternates Blueberry Torani Syrup, or blueberry liquor)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups sugar
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch salt
1 box Pectin (full sugar recipe)

Brew your coffee strong. Measure 1/2 cup and add to the blueberries.  Add the vanilla. Add the dry spices to the sugar. Follow directions on the box of the pectin as to when to add the sugar.

Pour into clean sterilized jars.  Wipe off the tops of the jars.  Add the lids and rings. Hot water bath 10 minutes.

Yield: 3.5 pints
