This makes a double batch
4 cups blueberries
3 Tablespoons orange zest ( had dried so I reconstituted it in the water)
2/3 cup water
1 LorAnn Oils - orange oil
3 Tablesppon lemon Thyme - minced
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
6 Tablespoons Low/no Sugar pectin
1 cup sugar
Zest orange or reconstitute dried. Add all ingredients except the sugar. Follow pectin directions. Add sugar.
Pour into sterilized jars, wipe rims, seal. Hot water bath 10 minutes.
Yield: 3 pints
Think I will leave out the orange oil and see how it tastes the next time. It may have been just me but my taste buds were overload with orange.
